What QLab Flash does and does not do with your data, the terms you accept when using it, and the third-party notices for the libraries and protocols it relies on.

Privacy

QLab Flash has no account or login and contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind. It does not collect any data about you automatically or monitor how you use the app.

On your local network, the app connects only to QLab and your X32 / M32 mixer to read and set mic mute states and channel names — that information stays on your devices.

The only data that ever leaves your device to us is what you voluntarily type into one of these optional features and choose to send:

Feature request — the title and description you write, plus an optional display name. Approved requests are posted publicly on the QLab Flash page after review, so please don't include anything you want kept private.
Support — the subject and message you write, used only to respond to you.

We never ask for your email address or any other identifier, and we never sell or share what you send.

Terms of Use

QLab Flash is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and you use it at your own risk — including during live performance. You are responsible for your QLab and mixer configuration and for any changes you submit to them.

Feature requests you submit may be displayed publicly after moderation. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or offensive content; we may decline or remove any submission. All product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Your Data & Deletion

QLab Flash creates no account, requires no sign-in, and collects no data about you automatically — your mic states, cue names, and mixer settings live in your QLab workspace and your mixer, not with us.

The only information we hold is a feature request or support message you chose to send. To have a feature request (and any optional display name) or a support message removed, email us at [email protected] and we'll delete it.
